C.     Talent Triangle Review
  • Review PMI Changes
  1. PMI has significantly revised the Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) wherein Professional Development Units (PDUs) are reported and tracked within the certification cycle to maintain credentials. Effective December 1, 2015, the CCR program will be aligned with the employer-identified skills established in the PMI Talent Triangle.
  2. PMI Global has initiated this change to ensure Project Managers are equipped to provide value in a continually changing business environment.
  3. PMI will now be incorporate employer-relevant skills from the (Leadership, Strategic and Business management). What does this change mean to you and how will you decide what types of PDUs to obtain and report.
  4. Learn about these changes and how they affect your certification cycle and credential.
