Strategy to Execution

Join us for this exciting event designed to help you learn how to effectively move Strategy to Execution.  We will discuss development and execution of a strategic plan, focusing on clearly identifying and improving the inherent strengths and capabilities of an organization.  You will also learn how to leverage Project Portfolio Management in executing the plan.  Discussion will include formulating and deploying the plan. About Our Speaker
Jackie Wright Rasmusson is an Enterprise Strategic Portfolio Manager at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.  In this role, Jackie supports the departments of Education and Research in strategic planning processes - and the execution of the plan (project and portfolio management).  Jackie has also helped develop PM standards and internal PM education for the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office.  

Jackie has been a Board officer of the PMI La Crosse-Rochester chapter for 6+ years, and is the current Chapter President. She is jazzed by helping others to understand how money, muscle, and time need to be balanced to realize strategic goals.  While she is a local Minnesotan, she loves hiking adventures with her camera, and sunny days on a beach. She is a certified PMP, with an M.A. in Management from Saint Mary’s University, and a B.S. degree from Winona State University.
