Beacon Academy will be presenting a brief overview of their growth from the Pfeil Innovation Center to a organizational and community wide Innovation and leadership development program at Beacon Health System.  Various innovation tools and activities will be presented that can be used right away to take back and used in any organization or industry.  Beacon Academy’s Lead Innovation Faculty and Lead Class Designer will take members through available resources at Beacon Health System and the host of other offerings at Beacon Academy locations in South Bend and Elkhart.
