About our Speaker

Braxston Cave is a native of Mishawaka, IN where he attended Penn High School and graduated in 2008 as a High School all-American.  Furthering his academic and athletic career, Braxston attended the University of Notre Dame on a Football Scholarship. Braxston graduated from Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and once again an all American on the football field. After a 4-year stint in the NFL with the New England Patriots, Cleveland Browns, and Detroit Lions, Braxston decided to hang up the cleats and begin his journey in the business world. Braxston is currently the Operations GM of RV Products for Lippert Components and is honored to lead a team of nearly 1,000 team members based out of Goshen and Elkhart, IN. Braxston currently resides just a mile away from Penn High School with his beautiful wife Natalie, daughter Avianna, and soon to be baby boy in late August
