 Program SummaryImagine a world where ev
 eryone wakes up inspired\, feels trusted and valued during the day\, and e
 nds the day fulfilled&nbsp\;by the work that they do. This is not a crazy\
 , idealized notion. We will talk about how trusting relationships are buil
 t—the kind of relationships that can withstand the inevitable pressures 
 and dangers all organizations face and how&nbsp\;choosing to protect our p
 eople before our numbers can actually inspire them to take care of the num
 bers in the long&nbsp\;term.
 The PMI Spring Leadership Summit is a two p
 art event.Day one will be a facilitated virtual workshop by a Master Train
 er from the Simon Sinek Group. Based on our contract&nbsp\;with the Simon 
 Sinek Group\, this event is limited to 100 people.
 Sometimes\, we attend
  workshops or training sessions and intend to take action\, but it becomes
  diluted over time. In&nbsp\;order to defeat the procrastination bug\, we 
 are conducting a workshop on the day following the virtual session. This&n
 bsp\;Day two will be a facilitated (Ken Riches) workshop where we will wor
 k in groups/tables of 4-6 to discuss the learnings&nbsp\;from the workshop
 \, and to discuss practical ways that we can dissect and discuss the infor
 mation\, then take immediate&nbsp\;action.
