Year End Planning, Here Comes 2023!Planning for your year ahead is not that different then planning for a project itself. You want to incorporate realistic timelines, budgets, resources, and SMART goals. The biggest thing to remember when planning for your next year is allowing time for yourself to take in your surroundings and position, grow, and practice self-care.
